Weather Station Installation Training – March 13, 2019
About this event:
Please join Native Waters on Arid Lands for a weather station installation training on March 13, 2019 at the Hopi Tribe’s Spider Mound Community Center. Participants will learn to install an inexpensive, wireless-connected weather station for local agriculture and drought planning. They will also learn to connect the weather station to the Weather Underground, access live data streams, and develop a plan for managing, monitoring and servicing the weather station. This event is facilitated by members of the NWAL team, the Hopi Tribe, and the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension Tribal Extension Programs.
